Individual Therapy
In individual therapy we'll make a point to create a space of meaningful self reflection and set goals that are unique to you. Whether you’re facing the symptoms of a mental health disorder, a lack of motivation, or an urgent need to develop resilience in the face of new life challenges, we'll work together to identify your resources, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change. The span and depth of this work varies greatly, feel free to use your 10 minute call with me to determine if individual therapy is right for you.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners strengthen their connection and work through challenges in a supportive, structured environment. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, working your way through the first year, or you've been together for decades, couples therapy can help with navigating conflict, addressing disconnection, and of course improving communication. Together, we'll explore your relationship and find helpful tools to assist you in achieving your goals. I pull from Gottman's couple's therapy model, Emotionally Focused couples therapy, and Intimacy therapy to help you develop healthier patterns and a stronger, more resilient partnership.
Family Therapy
The goal of family therapy will be to create a space for everyone present to address conflict, feel understood, and generate real change in old patterns. You can use this space to bridge long standing gaps in communication between one another, find ways to adapt to new challenges as kids grow and change, or just work through that sticky conflict that feels impossible to resolve. This work can be scary to start but walking away feeling known to your family and hopeful for the future is worth the effort.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching provides practical guidance and support as you navigate the complexities of raising children in today’s world. There's a lot to think about nowadays! From managing technology use to encouraging independence and working through differing values, we can talk about how to develop effective strategies tailored to your family. This work is especially helpful for parents dealing with children who have mental health disorders. Meeting their unique needs in encouraging ways can be a tough balancing act between challenging them and comforting them while they struggle through those same challenges, leaving you feeling like the bad guy for believing good things about your kids. I've worked with high need teenagers struggling with severe mental health challenges for years through my background in adolescent Partial Hospitalization and in that time I've grown acutely aware of how hard that journey can be for parents.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Executive function coaching is designed to support individuals who struggle with organization, focus, and follow-through—often related to ADHD, depression, or autism. Together, we'll talk about the demands in your life and your goals for yourself. We'll build skills in time management, goal setting, and accountability to improve both academic and vocational success. This work is especially helpful for those feeling stuck or unmotivated and looking for practical tools to create momentum.
Clergy Support
Clergy support offers a confidential and compassionate space for those in ministry to process the unique challenges of their role. Whether you’re experiencing church hurt, burnout, isolation, or wrestling with doubt or shifting beliefs, this work is designed to support both your personal and professional well-being. You've got a lot of people looking to you for support so taking the time to receive instead of give can be a hard role reversal to adopt. By simply being here, considering what it would look like to care well for your needs, great job! Let's talk about what the next step of that could be.
